Returns & Exchanges

All Smallwares, Parts, and Equipment are final sale. Jemco must be notified of defective or damaged goods within ten days of purchase. It is the responsibility of the Customer to verify sizes before purchase.

Shipping

All goods are inspected before leaving Jemco’s warehouse. Products are unpacked, examined, and found to be free of damages. It is the responsibility of the receiver to verify the condition upon arrival. If Jemco arranged shipping and damages are observed, all damages must be noted on the waybill, and Jemco contacted immediately. Jemco is nullified of damages once the item has left Jemco’s warehouse if the Customer arranged to ship. The Customer is responsible for noting damages to equipment or packaging and reporting to the freight company, and completing any necessary claims.

Warranty on New Equipment

Warranties vary by the individual manufacturer. However, as part of Jemco’s total service offering, we are happy to deal with these concerns directly with the manufacturer on behalf of the Customer.
